Q:   Hymie, what will happen if you serve a straight-up Martini in a water glass?
A:  Nothing will happen to the Martini.  If you mixed it right it will have the clear color and taste of a Martini, especially if you throw in an olive or a twist.  It might even be chilled to perfection.  The problem is it won't look like a Martini to many of your customers.
