WHO IS HYMIE?

Why is Hymie called the King of the Pournographers?

Hymie is the King ... of the Pourers.  He is the pournography author of the first book of X-rated drink recipes.  He is the maven on bartending and he has been in the industry as long as the ice cube.

A true authority in the liquor industry, Hymie is the person to get real answers to the questions we all seek on bartending.  If Hymie doesn't know ... then why ask?

Hymie is the perfect person to have on staff with the Bartender.com web site.  Why?  Because he knows how to work on drinking and pouring.

To My Bartending Viewers:

I don't drink while I'm working, no matter where, when, or how.  Instead, go have one on me and think kindly of me while drinking it.  I won't mind.  Rather, I'll be flattered.  And in the case of my book or this web site, imbibing is very much the sincerest form of flattery.

Thank you and enjoy yourselves!  Remember to drink in moderation!
-- Hymie
