Why is Hymie called the King of the Pournographers?
 
 
Hymie is the King ... of the Pourers.  He is the pournography author of the first book of X-rated drink recipes.  He is the maven on bartending and he has been in the industry as long as the ice cube.  

A true authority in the liquor industry, Hymie is the person to get real answers to the questions we all seek on bartending.  If Hymie doesn't know ... then why ask?
