For a real treat, 
simply add Irish Mist to hot coffee 
and top with fresh cream

2 parts CAROLANS IRISH CREAM
1 part Beefeater Gin

Stir well and serve on the rocks.

CAROLANS CONCERTO COFFEE


Equal parts of Carolans Irish Cream and Tia Maria 
make beautiful music together when 
stirred into freshly brewed, piping hot coffee.

CHILLED MIST SHOOTER


Straight up, neat and frosty, 
this is a shooter that always hits the mark. 

Chilling Irish Mist rounds out its already exceptionally smooth 
taste and leaves you with a sensation that is pure honeyed silk.

CAOLANS ULTIMATE B-52
 


Layer equal parts of:
  Kahlua, Carolans Irish Cream and Grand Marnier.

GLENBEIGH FIZZ


1-1/2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1 oz. Medium Sherry
1/2 oz. Creme de Noyaux
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
Club Soda

Pour all ingredients except club soda 
with several ice cubes in a chilled highball glass and stir.
Fill with club soda.

MAKER'S MIST


Equal parts chilled:
Irish Mist, Maker's Mark and Stoli Ohranj 
on the rocks with an orange slice.

 CAOLANS ULTIMATE MUDSLIDE

 


Mix equal parts:
 Carolans Irish Cream, Kahlua and Stolichnaya Vodka.
 
Serve on the rocks or blend with crushed ice.

CRANBERRY MIST


Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
Add a large measure of Irish Mist.
Top up with cranberry juice, add a squeeze of lime and stir

GINGER ALE 


Rye and dry as it's spoken in Ireland.
Smooth never tasted so refreshing as this combination of:

1/2 oz. Tullamore Dew Irish Whiskey 
and Ginger Ale

Served tall on the rocks.

The color of an Irish shamrock! 

Start with  a large measure of Irish Mist 
and a dash of Hiram Walker Blue Curacao, 
then top with sparkling water or 7 Up.

3/4 oz. IRISH MIST

Stir with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass
or with ice cubes in an old-fashioned glass.

2 tsp. IRISH MIST
2 tsp. Orange Juice
1 Egg White

Combine with ice; 
Shake well. 
Strain and add ice.

Stir well on the rocks.

WILD IRISH ROSE


1-/2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1-1/2 tsp. Grenadine
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Club Soda

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add Tullamore Dew, grenadine and lime juice.
Stir well.
Fill with club soda.

3/4 shot TULLAMORE DEW
3/4 shot Green Creme de Menthe
2 scoops Vanilla Ice Cream
Soda Water

Blend first 3 ingredients then add soda water.
Stir after adding soda water.

1 part Midori Melon Liqueur

Stir well on the rocks.

Three(3) parts chilled Stoli Ohranj 
One(1) part Irish Mist

Mix equal parts:

 Carolans Irish Cream
Frangelico. 

Serve over ice.

DRAM


1-1/2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1/2 oz. IRISH MIST
Coffee Soda
dash Creme de Cacao
Whipped Cream

Pour TULLAMORE DEW and IRISH MIST
into a chilled highball glass along with several ice cubes.
Fill with coffee soda. 
Stir gently. 
Add a float of Creme de Cacao. 
Top with dollop of whipped cream.

IRISH HEADLOCK
  


1/4 oz. CAROLANS IRISH CREAM
1/4 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1/4 oz. Amaretto
1/4 oz. Brandy

Layer in above order.

RING OF KERRY


1-1/2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1 oz. CAROLANS IRISH CREAM
1/2 oz. Kahlua
1 tsp. Shaved Chocolate

Mix all ingredients, except shaved chocolate, 
with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. 
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. 
Sprinkle with shaved chocolate.

1-1/2 oz. IRISH MIST
3 oz. Orange Juice
splash Amaretto

Mix IRISH MIST and orange juice.
Top with splash of Amaretto.
