VERMEER CHOCOLATE MARTINI


2 parts Vermeer
1 part SKYY Vodka

Combine ingredients over ice, 
shake well and strain into martini glass
rimmed with shaved chocolate. 
Garnish with coco bean or stemmed cherry.

HOLLY BERRY


2 parts Vermeer
1/2 part Blackberry Liqueur
1/2 part Raspberry Liqueur

Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass. 
Garnish with mini candy cane.

VERMEER SNOWFLAKE


1 oz. Vermeer
1/2 oz. Frangelico
1 oz. Skyy Vodka
3 oz. Cream or Milk

Serve over ice.

DEVIL MINT


2 parts Vermeer
1 part White Creme de Menthe

Serve as a chilled shot.

VERMEER S'MORE-TINI


2 parts Vermeer
2 parts Kahlua
1 part Frangelico

Cover rim of glass with crushed chocolate, Graham crackers and serve with toasted marshmallows floating on top.

VERMEER THIN MINT


2 parts Vermeer
1 part Kahlua
dash Creme de Menthe

Shake well over ice and strain into a frosted martini glass. 
Garnish with fresh mint leaf.

COCO COLADA


2 parts Vermeer
1 part Coconut Rum
2 parts Whole Milk

Pour into a tall glass over crushed ice. 
Garnish with an orange or 
pineapple slice and stemmed cherry.

2 parts Vermeer
1 part Orange Liqueur

Serve as a chilled shot.

FULL MOON

CHOCOLATE ORANGE TRUFFLE


2 parts Vermeer
1 part Grand Marnier

Combine ingredients over ice and shake well. 
Serve up in a chilled martini glass. 
Garnish with orange peel.

THE GIRL IN THE GLASS


Carefully pour four(4) layers 
into a chilled champagne flute, in order:

1 oz. Vermeer
1 oz. Amaretto 
1 oz. Skyy (vanilla infused)
1 oz. Espresso

Top with fresh whipped cream.

VERMEER TIRAMISU


1 oz Vermeer
1 oz Skyy Vodka
1 oz Kahlua

Rinse glass with Marsalla. 
Shake well and pour into brandy snifter. 
Top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

2 parts Vermeer
1 part SKYY Citrus
1/2 oz. Amaretto

Combine ingredients over ice, 
shake well and strain into martini glass. 
Garnish with orange twist

1 part Skyy Vodka
1/2 part Vanilla Schnapps

Shake over ice and pour into a martini glass.

2 oz. Vermeer
dash Creme de Menthe
dash Cream

Shake well over ice. 
Pour into chilled martini glass. 
Garnish with fresh mint.

2 parts Vermeer
1 part Skyy Vodka
1/2 part Chambord

Shake over ice and pour into a martini glass.

2 oz. Vermeer
1 oz. SKYY Vodka
1/2 oz. Amaretto

Combine ingredients over ice and shake well. 
Serve up, in a chilled martini glass. 
Garnish with orange twist. 
For an added delight, rim martini glass with 
liquid chocolate and chill.

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Shake with ice and strain into a frosted martini glass.

Hot Coffee

Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.

1/2 oz. Grenadine
1/2 oz. VERMEER
1/2 oz. Triple Sec

Layer in order in shot/cordial glass.

CAFE COCORANGE


1 oz Vermeer
3/4 oz. Coffee Liqueur
splash Grand Marnier
4 oz. Hot Coffee

Pour liqueurs into Irish coffee glass and fill with coffee, top with 
whipped cream and garnish with shaved chocolate and cherry.

Shake with ice and strain into chilled martini glass, 
garnish with a stemmed cherry.
