Combine all ingredients into a pitcher with ice
and sprigs of fresh mint.

1 1/3 cups Cranberry juice
2/3 cup Lime Juice

Shake over ice; 
Strain into margarita glasses or tall cocktail flutes.

3/4 oz. Cointreau
1 1/4 oz. Mount Gay® Eclipse Rum
1 oz. Mojito Mix
3-4 Large Mint Leaves/Lime Wedges

Mojito mix:
Combine 1 cup raw sugar and 2 cups hot water.
Stir until sugar is dissolved. 

Combine with remaining ingredients
over ice in shaker. 

Shake and strain into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with lime wedge.
