MISTY MAKER


Equal parts
chilled IRISH MIST, 
Maker's Mark
and Stoli Ohranj
on the rocks with an orange slice.

RING OF KERRY


1 1/2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1 oz. CAROLANS IRISH CREAM
1/2 oz. Kahlua
1 tsp. Shaved Chocolate

Mix all ingredients, except shaved chocolate,
with cracked ice in a shaker or blender.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Sprinkle with shaved chocolate.

DINGLE DRAM


1 1/2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1/2 oz. IRISH MIST
Coffee 
Soda
dash Crème de Cacao
Whipped Cream

Pour TULLAMORE DEW and IRISH MIST into
a chilled highball glass with several ice cubes.
Fill with coffee soda. Stir.
Add a float of Creme de Cacao.
Top with dollop of whipped cream.

Equal parts:
CAROLANS IRISH CREAM and Tia Maria
make beautiful music together when
stirred into freshly brewed, piping hot coffee.

 STEAMY AFFAIR


1 oz. CAROLANS IRISH CREAM
1 oz. Kahlua
Hot Black Coffee
2 tsp. sugar

Stir CAROLANS IRISH CREAM, Kahlua, and sugar
into a goblet containing hot coffee.
Float cream on top.

 CAROLANS BEEF
 


2 parts CAROLANS IRISH CREAM
1 part Beefeater Gin

Stir well and serve on the rocks.

1 1/2 oz. IRISH MIST
3 oz. Orange Juice
Splash Amaretto

Mix IRISH MIST and orange juice.
Top with splash of Amaretto.

Mix equal parts:
CAROLANS IRISH CREAM, and Courvoisier.

Serve over ice.

CRANBERRY MIST


Fill a tall glass with crushed ice.
Add a measure of IRISH MIST.
Top up with cranberry juice; add a squeeze of lime and stir.

WILD IRISH ROSE


1 1/2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW 
1 1/2 tsp. Grenadine
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
Club Soda

Fill a highball glass with ice.
Add TULLAMORE DEW, grenadine and lime juice.
Stir well. Fill with club soda.

Mix equal parts:
CAROLANS IRISH CREAM and Frangelico.
Serve over ice.

1 glass Cold Milk
1 Tbls. Vanilla Ice Cream

Pour a little CAROLANS IRISH CREAM into a glass.
Top with milk and add a scoop of ice cream.

1 1/4 oz. IRISH MIST
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice

Shake.  Serve in tall glass with ice.

PADDY O'MANHATTAN


An authentic Irish delight!
1 1/2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1 dash Angostura Bitters (optional)

Stir and strain.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
