MOSQUITO MARTINI


2 drops TABASCO‚ brand Pepper Sauce
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/8 oz. Cointreau
Squeeze Lime Wedge

Combine all ingredients over ice in a mixing glass.
Stir and strain into a chilled 4 oz. martini glass.
Garnish with a sliced jalapeño.

MARDI GRAS MARY


Serves 4:

32 oz. TABASCO‚ brand Bloody Mary Mix
3/4 cup Vodka
1 tsp. Steak Sauce
1 each Green Beans

Combine all ingredients over ice in a large shaker or pitcher.
Shake or stir well and pour over ice in tall glasses.
Garnish with green bean.

Daylight Savings begins.

SPICED SANGRIA SUNRISE


Serves 6:

1/4 cup TABASCO‚ brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
2 oz. Tequila
1 1/2 oz. Orange Juice
2 Tbs. Grenadine
1/2 cup Lime Juice
2 cups Red Wine
1 cup Simple Syrup
Pinch Salt

Place all ingredients into blender with 1 cup crushed ice. 
Blend 1 minute.
Pour into pitcher and chill for service.

MARY MARTINI


4 oz. TABASCO‚ brand Bloody Mary Mix
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Vermouth
4 Olives

In a shaker combine ingredients.
Pour into glass filled with ice.
Garnish with olives.

FIRE & ICE MARTINI
 


Serves 12:

3 Tbls. TABASCO® PEPPER SAUCE
12 oz. Mango Rum
12 oz. Pineapple Rum
12 oz. Citrus Rum
12 oz. Pineapple Juice
6 oz. Grenadine

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Save half the grenadine.
Shake and strain into martini glasses.
Add rest of grenadine. Do not mix.
Garnish with an umbrella, pineapple or orange slice.

CLASSIC BLOODY MARY


Serves 6:

32 oz. TABASCO® BLOODY MARY MIX
1 1/2 cups Vodka
6 Stalks Celery
Lime Wedges

In a 2-quart pitcher combine ingredients.
Pour into glasses filled with ice.
Garnish with lime wedge and celery stalk.

SPICY PASSION PUNCH


Serves 8:

2 tsp. TABASCO® BRAND PEPPER SAUCE
2 cups Orange-Passion-Kiwi Juice
1 cup Frozen Raspberries, partially thawed
1 liter Seltzer, chilled

Blend juice and raspberries in blender until smooth;
Stir in TABASCO® SAUCE. 
Just before serving, stir in seltzer.

PRAIRIE FIRE
 


1 dash TABASCO‚ brand Pepper Sauce
1 1/2 oz. Jose Cuervo Gold (chilled)

Pour Jose Cuervo Gold into glass, float TABASCO‚
brand Pepper Sauce on top and serve.

JALAPEÑO FROZEN DAIQUIRI


Serves 12-20:

2 oz. TABASCO® GREEN PEPPER SAUCE
46 oz. Apple Cider
12 oz. Limeade, frozen concentrate
12 oz. Lemonade, concentrate
750 ml. Light Rum
6 oz. Sugar
1/4 tsp. Green Food Coloring

Combine all ingredients in a gallon container. Blend well.
Place in freezer. Check in 30-40 minutes.
Shake or stir occasionally until the liquids are slush.
Serve in a tall glass with a straw.
Garnish with slices of jalapeño or lime.

BLOODY VIPER


4 oz. TABASCO® BLOODY MARY MIX
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Pernod
To taste Pepper, fresh
1 Cornichon on a stick

Pour over ice in a large goblet, add pepper to taste.
Garnish with cornichon (pickle).

 PEPPERITA


1 tsp. TABASCO® GREEN PEPPER SAUCE
1 1/4 oz. Gold Tequila
2/3 oz. Grand Marnier
Juice Half Lime

Rim a goblet with salt. Fill glass with ice.
Pour first three ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker.
Shake or stir vigorously. Strain into glass.
Shake in TABASCO® GREEN PEPPER SAUCE and stir.
Garnish with lime slice.

4 oz. TABASCO® BRAND BLOODY MARY MIX
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Sambuca
Celery or Fennel Stick

In a shaker combine ingredients.
Pour into a glass filled with ice.
Garnish with celery or fennel stick.

3 drops TABASCO® PEPPER SAUCE
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Grapefruit, Orange, Cranberry, & Pineapple Juices

Combine ingredients in a 12 oz. highball glass filled with ice.
Stir and serve garnished with an orange wheel.

Serves 4:

1 1/2 cups TABASCO® BLOODY MARY MIX
3/4 cup Cucumber, pared, seeded, diced
2 Tbls. Lime Juice
1 1/2 cups Ice Cubes

Combine all ingredients in blender.
Blend for about 1 minute or until ice is crushed.
Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with fresh cucumber slices.

2 drops TABASCO® PEPPER SAUCE
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Cranberry Juice
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
Squeeze Lemon Wedge

Combine ingredients in a 12 oz. highball glass filled with ice.
Stir and serve garnished with a pineapple wheel.

Serves 15:

15 tsp. TABASCO® CHIPOTLE PEPPER SAUCE
15 oz. Vodka, chilled
90 oz. Tomato Juice
15 tsp. Red Pepper Spice
15 Jalapeños

Separately mix
 TABASCO ®CHIPOTLE PEPPER SAUCE with red pepper spice.
Add ingredients to blender and blend well with ice.
Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a jalapeño.

2 oz. Vodka
2 oz. Clam Juice
1 Celery Stalk

Pour ingredients over ice into a tall glass.
Stir well.
Garnish with celery stalk and serve.

1 tsp. TABASCO‚ brand Green Pepper Sauce
1 1/4 oz. Rum
1/4 cup Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
3 Tbs. Cream of Coconut
1 slice Lime Wheel

In blender combine ingredients.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Frost edges of glass with sugar and serve with wheel of lime.

4 oz. TABASCO® BLOODY MARY MIX
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Coconut Rum
As needed Coconut Flakes

In a shaker glass, combine ingredients.
Shake well.
Pour into a glass filled with ice and garnish with flaked coconut.

1 oz. Barbecue Sauce
1 1/2 oz. Vodka

In a shaker glass, combine ingredients.

3 drops TABASCO® PEPPER SAUCE
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Sprite

Combine all ingredients in a 12 oz. highball glass filled with ice. Stir and serve garnished with 1/2 pineapple wheel.

DANISH MARY


2 oz. TABASCO® BLOODY MARY MIX
1 1/2 oz. Aquavit
To taste Pepper, fresh
1 tsp. Onion, grated
1 Sprig Fresh Dill

Pour over ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with dill sprig.

 TIAJUANA MARGARITA

 


1 tsp. TABASCO® GREEN PEPPER SAUCE
1 1/4 cups Margarita Mix
3/4 oz. Rose's Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz. Tequila
As needed Sugar & Lime Juice

Combine ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Dip the rim of a margarita glass in lime juice and coat with sugar.
Fill glass with ice, pour in margarita mixture.
Garnish with lime wheel.

3 oz. TABASCO® BLOODY MARY MIX
1 1/2 oz. Lemon-flavored Vodka
1 oz. White Wine
6-8 Capers
Lemon Wedge

In a shaker glass, muddle capers and lemon vodka,
add TABASCO® BLOODY MARY MIX.
Shake well.
Pour into a glass filled with ice and garnish with a lemon wedge.

1 tsp. TABASCO‚ brand Pepper Sauce
2 oz. Bourbon
1/2 cup Orange Juice
2 tsp. Grenadine
1 cup Ice
2 ea. Maraschino Cherries

Blend all ingredients (except cherries) in
blender until smooth and slushy.
Pour into tall glass and garnish with maraschino cherries.

3 oz. TABASCO® BLOODY MARY MIX
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Yogurt, plain
1 tsp. Onion, grated
To taste Pepper, fresh
1 Sprig Fresh Parsley

Combine in a rocks glass, add ice and stir well.
Garnish with parsley.

A '57 T-BIRD MARTINI


1/2 tsp. TABASCO® brand Pepper Sauce
1 oz. Vodka
1/2 cup Cherry Syrup
1 oz. Goldschlager

Mix all ingredients together in a shaker with ice.
Strain into martini glass.

3 drops TABASCO® PEPPER SAUCE
2 oz. Tequila
2 oz. Sour mix
To taste Squeeze lime wedge

Combine all ingredients in a 12 oz. highball glass packed with ice.
Stir and serve in a salt-rimmed glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

TABASCO‚ brand Bloody Mary Mix, lime and tequila.
Pour into salt-rimmed glass filled with ice cubes.
Garnish with the pepper stick.
