KAHLUA COLADA


1 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. Rum
1 cup Ice

Blend until smooth.

SPIRITED COFFEE LOPEZ


1 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
6 oz. Hot Coffee
1/2 oz. Irish Whiskey
Whipped Cream

In a mug stir together Coco Lopez® Real Cream of Coconut, coffee and whisky. Top with whipped cream.

COCONUT MARTINI


4 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
6 oz. Vodka 
1 oz. Coconut Rum
Ground Cinnamon
2 Cinnamon Sticks

Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon and sticks,
in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glasses.
Garnish each with a pinch of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick.
Serves 2.

COCONUT DAIQUIRI


2 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
1 oz. Pineapple Vodka
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 cup Ice

Blend until smooth.

PIÑA COLADA

 


2 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz. Rum
1 cup Ice

Mix in blender until smooth.

BEACHSIDE


3 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
2 oz. Raspberry or Strawberry Puree
1 1/2 oz. Midori Melon Liqueur
1 oz. Light Rum
1 cup Ice

Mix in blender until smooth.

2 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz. Finlandia Vodka
1 cup Ice

Blend until smooth.

LICORICE MIST*
 


2 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
2 oz. Half & Half
1 1/2 oz. Romana Sambuca Liqueur
1 cup Ice

Blend until smooth. Garnish with licorice stick.

JAMAICAN BREEZE


1/2 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
1 1/4 oz. Frangelico Liqueur
1/2 oz. Lime Juice Concentrate
3/4 oz. Bols Ginger Brandy
5 oz. Pineapple Juice

Shake. 
Pour over ice in a 12 oz. glass and
garnish with a pineapple or lime wedge.

HOT HIMALAYA EXPRESS


1/2 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
1 oz. Frangelico Liqueur
1/2 oz. Licor 43 
4 oz. Strong Coffee

Serve in a mug and top with whipped cream.

1 oz. Licor "43"
3 oz. Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 cup Ice

Mix in blender until smooth.

2 oz. Orange Juice
1 cup Ice

Mix in blender until smooth.

1 1/4 oz. Frangelico Liqueur
3/4 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
5 oz. Orange Juice

Shake.
Pour over ice in a 12 oz. glass and garnish with lime wedge.

Note:
Gold Rum may be substituted for Captain Morgan Spiced Rum.

2 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
1 oz. Crème de Banana

Shake and strain. Float with grenadine.

1/4 oz. Bols Blue Curaçao
3/4 oz. Sweetened Lime Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 cups Ice

Blend until smooth.
Pour into a 16 oz. glass and garnish with a lime wheel.

6 oz. Cappuccino Coffee
1 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1/2 cup Ice

Blend until smooth.

1/2 oz. Crème de Almond
1 scoop Vanilla Ice Cream

Blend.
