BACARDI RUM & DIET COLA


1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR (Light-Dry) RUM
5 oz. Diet Cola

Pour BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM into a
tall glass filled with ice. Fill with cola.

BACARDI MOJITO


1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR (Light-Dry) RUM
12 Mint Leaves
1/2 Lime
2 Tbls. Simple Syrup (or 4 tsp. Sugar)
Club Soda

Muddle mint leaves and lime in tall glass.
Cover with simple syrup and fill glass with ice;
add BACARDI SUPERIOR and club soda;
stir well. Garnish with lime and mint.

BACARDI PEACH DAIQUIRI


1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
2 Fresh Peeled Peach Halves
1 tsp. Sugar
1 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Crushed Ice

Blend. Serve in chilled cocktail glasses. 

This is the official drink of
the National Peach Council.

BACARDI HEMINGWAY


1 1/4 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
Juice 1/2 Lime
1/4 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur

Mix. Serve.

THE BACARDI MAC
 


3 parts BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
1 part Disaronno Amaretto
8 parts Orange Juice
7-Up®

Pour BACARDI SUPERIOR into a glass with ice.
Add Disaronno, orange juice and 7-Up. 
Garnish with orange slices.

BACARDI FROZEN RHUMBA


1 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Grapefruit Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 cup Ice Cubes

Combine in blender. Blend until smooth.
Pour into glass. Garnish with orange wedge.

(CUBA LIBRE)


1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR (Light-Dry) RUM
5 oz. Cola

Pour BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM into a tall glass filled with ice. Fill with cola.

1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cream of Coconut

In blender or shaker with crushed ice, combine ingredients
or add BACARDI Mixers Piña Colada mix for
the perfect colada every time.

BACARDI EARTHQUAKE


1/2 oz. BACARDI GOLD RUM
1/2 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1/4 oz. Anisette

Shake with shaved or crushed ice.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

BACARDI MONKEY WRENCH


2 jiggers BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
Ice 
Grapefruit Juice

Pour BACARDI SUPERIOR over ice in tall glass.
Fill with grapefruit juice. Stir.

 BACARDI TU TU CHERRY


1 oz. BACARDI GOLD RUM
1/4 oz. Cherry Liqueur
2 oz. Orange Juice
3 oz. Cranberry Juice

Mix all ingredients. Serve.

BACARDI ORANGE DAIQUIRI
 


1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
1/2 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 cup Crushed Ice

Blend.
Serve in chilled cocktail glass.

BACARDI COLLINS


2 jiggers BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
2 tsp. Frozen Lemonade or Limeade Concentrate
Ice Cubes
1/2 tsp. Sugar
Club Soda

Pour frozen lemonade or limeade in a shaker with ice cubes.
Add sugar and BACARDI SUPERIOR. 
Shake well.
Decorate with fruit slices and maraschino cherry.

BACARDI EL PRESIDENTE
 


1 1/4 oz. BACARDI GOLD RUM
Juice 1 Lime
1/6 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/6 oz. Grenadine

Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.

BACARDI HAVANA MARTINI


1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
3 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
1 Lemon Wedge

Combine BACARDI SUPERIOR and sweet & sour mix.
Shake and strain into martini glass.
Squeeze and drop lemon wedge into drink.

BACARDI CRANBERRY CABAÑA


1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
1/2 oz. Lemon or Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
4 1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice

Pour over ice into a tall glass.

BACARDI MARGARITA
 


1 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR (Light-Dry) RUM
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1 oz. Lemon or Lime Juice
Cracked Ice

Moisten cocktail glass rim with lemon or lime rind.
Dip rim in salt.
Mix BACARDI SUPERIOR, triple sec, lemon or lime juice
with cracked ice. Shake, strain, and serve.

1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
1/2 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Sugar

Mix ingredients in a shaker or blender with ice
and strain into a chilled cocktail glass or 
serve on the rocks.

BACARDI MARTINI COCKTAIL


1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
Dash Martini & Rossi Extra Dry Vermouth

Shake with cracked ice; strain into cocktail glass.
Add olive.

BACARDI ACAPULCO


3/4 oz. BACARDI GOLD RUM
3/4 oz. Cazadores Tequila
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/3 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Shake with ice.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

BACARDI EGG NOG
 


1 1/2 oz. BACARDI GOLD RUM
1 1/2 oz. Half & Half
1 tsp. Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
Nutmeg

Combine BACARDI GOLD, half & half and sugar
in a shaker with crushed ice.
Shake well and strain into a mug, or, using prepared egg nog,
add BACARDI GOLD. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

BACARDI PINEAPPLE DAIQUIRI


1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
1/2 slice Canned Pineapple
1 Tbls. Lime Juice
1 tsp. Sugar
1/2 cup Crushed Ice

Blend.
Serve in chilled cocktail glass.

1 jigger BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
3/4 oz. Fresh Cream
1 oz. Crème de Menthe
Cracked Ice

Shake with cracked ice.
Strain and serve.

1 oz. BACARDI GOLD RUM
1/4 oz. Disaronno Amaretto
2 oz. Cola

Shake well with ice.
Strain into brandy snifter over ice cubes.

BACARDI HURRICANE
 


3/4 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
3/4 oz. BACARDI SELECT RUM
3/4 oz. Orange Juice
3/4 oz. Grenadine or Cranberry Juice
3/4 oz. Sour Mix

Shake with ice.
Serve in a hurricane glass.
Drink through a straw from the bottom first.

(Starts calm, but gets stormy at the end.)

1 part BACARDI GOLD RUM
Dash Triple Sec
1 part Pineapple Juice
Juice 1/2 Lime

Shake in cocktail shaker;
pour into a highball glass over a generous serving of ice.

BACARDI GREEN FROG


1 oz. BACARDI GOLD RUM
1/4 oz. Blue Curaçao
1 dash White Crème de Menthe
4 oz. Orange Juice
12 oz. Crushed Ice

Blend until slushy.

BACARDI BLOODY MARY


1 1/2 jiggers BACARDI SUPERIOR RUM
5 oz. Tomato Juice
Squeeze Lemon or Lime
Dash Worcestershire Salt & Pepper
Ice Cubes

Stir ingredients with pinch of salt and pepper. 
Serve in a large glass over ice cubes.

2 jiggers BACARDI 8 RUM
Ice Cubes

Pour over ice cubes in a rocks glass and enjoy.

1 1/2 oz. BACARDI SUPERIOR (Light-Dry) RUM
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup
1/2 oz. Curacao

Place ingredients in double-size old-fashioned glass
half filled with finely cracked ice.
Stir gently once or twice.
Serve with straws.
Garnish with mint sprigs, if available.
