BACARDI SILVER® RAZ™
Double Decker


6 oz. BACARDI SILVER RAZ
6 oz. BACARDI SILVER O3
4 oz. banana colada juice
" Crushed ice

Blend BACARDI SILVER RAZ, BACARDI SILVER 03, the banana colada juice, and crushed ice in blender.
Blend until slushy.
Pour into two(2) tall glasses and
garnish with some fresh raspberries.

Michelob ULTRA Iguana


12 oz. Michelob ULTRA
1 oz. melon liqueur such as Midori® or Melloni®
1/2 oz. anise liqueur such as Galliano® or Ouzo® anise liqueur
1-2 dashes of bartender's bitters

Mix the Italian herb liqueur and bartender's bitters with ice in a cocktail shaker. Add beer and mix gently with the other ingredients. Strain and pour into a short pilsner glass. Pour melon flavored liqueur down the side of the glass to layer. Garnish with tropical fruit.

12 oz. Michelob AmberBock
2 oz. 180° Energy Drink
2 oz. chilled coffee

Mix coffee and 180° Energy Drink in a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour AmberBock into the shaker and mix,
gently degassing the beer. Strain and serve in a chilled glass or serve over ice.
Garnish with a cherry.

OPTION: Add a splash of grenadine after pouring.

12 oz. BACARDI SILVER O3
Splash of orange juice
2 heaping tsp. instant iced tea mix or concentrate

Mix the instant tea into BACARDI SILVER O3
and stir until dissolved. Add a splash of orange juice
and serve over ice in a tall Collins glass.
Garnish with an orange slice and a mint sprig.

1 oz. Amaretto
3 oz. half and half
1/2 oz. Irish cream liqueur such as Baileys® or Mcguire's® 
1/2 tsp. mint leaves - minced

Mix all ingredients gently in a cocktail shaker.
Pour over ice in a short goblet.
Garnish with a mint sprig.

1/4 oz. mint liqueur such as Bols® Crème de Menthe

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain and pour into a glass with or without ice.

Bud Light
Berry Blast


12 oz. Bud Light
1 1/2 oz. strawberry daiquiri mix
1/2 oz. simple syrup

Mix strawberry daiquiri mix and syrup in a cocktail shaker with a little bit of ice. Add 6 to 8 oz. of Bud Light and shake to degas.
Strain and pour into a chilled pilsner glass.
Add remaining Bud Light.
Garnish with a slice of lemon or orange and a fresh strawberry.

OPTION: Add 1 oz. BACARDI SILVER® RAZ™

Michelob Light
Metropolitan


12 oz. Michelob Light
1/2 oz. orange flavored liqueur such as
Blue Curacao® or Cointreau®
1/2 oz. grenadine

Pour Michelob Light into a tall glass perfectly,
creating one inch of foam.
Slowly pour orange flavored liqueur in the center of the foam. Then slowly pour Grenadine down
the side of the glass and serve.

Salsa Splash


12 oz. Michelob Light
3 oz. tomato juice
2-3 dashes cayenne pepper hot sauce
2-3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
Pinch of celery salt
Fresh ground pepper

Mix Michelob Light, tomato juice, hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and pepper in a cocktail shaker.
Pour over ice in a frosted glass.
Garnish with asparagus spear, pepperoncini and cocktail onion.

OPTION: Add 1 oz. Grey Goose® Lemon Vodka.

 Bud Light

12 oz. Bud Light
2 1/2 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Few drops of grenadine

Mix the Bud Light, orange juice and simple syrup
in a shaker - without degassing. Gently stir to mix.
Pour over ice in a tall glass.
Float a few drops of grenadine in the center of the glass.
Garnish with a slice of orange, a raspberry and a sprig of mint.

OPTION: Moisten the rim of the glass with a lemon wedge.
Add 1 oz. Bacardi Limón®.

1 oz. orange flavored liqueur such as
Blue Curacao® or Cointreau®
2 oz. sweet and sour mix
1-2 dashes of bartender's bitters

Mix BACARDI SILVER RAZ, orange flavored liqueur, sweet and sour mix and bartender's bitters together in a cocktail shaker.
Slowly add Michelob ULTRA to the mix without degassing.
Stir gently and pour over ice in a large glass.
