GG&T


2 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
1/4 oz. Ginger Cordial
2 oz. Tonic Water

Fill glass with ice. Pour in the PLYMOUTH GIN.
Add the Ginger Cordial.
Top with tonic water and stir

DEVON LEMONADE


1 1/2 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
1/4 oz. Elderflower Cordial
3 oz. Sparkling Water

Fill Hi-ball glass with ice. Pour in the PLYMOUTH GIN.
Pour in the elderflower cordial. Top with sparkling water.
Stir and add slice of lemon and mint sprig.

BREAKFAST MARTINI


2 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 tsp. orange marmalade

Fill mixing glass with ice.Add ingredients and shake well.
Strain into a martini glass.

BRAMBLE


2 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
1 oz. lemon juice
1 dash simple syrup
1/4 oz. Crème de Mure

Fill rocks glass with crushed ice.
Pour in PLYMOUTH GIN, lemon juice and
simple syrup. Drizzle the Crème de Mure on top.
Add a lemon slice and blackberries for garnish.

2 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/4 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
1 dash simple syrup

Fill mixing glass with ice. Add ingredients and shake well.
Strain into a martini glass. Add lemon zest for garnish.

THE SOUTHSIDE


2 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
1 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz. simple syrup
2-4 Sprigs of fresh mint

Muddle mint with a wedge of lime in a Boston Shaker.
Add the rest of the ingredients and shake and strain into a glass.
Garnish with some mint.

CLOVER CLUB
 


2 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. raspberry puree
1/2 oz. simple syrup

Shake and strain.
Garnish with fresh raspberries and a lemon twist and
serve in a cocktail glass.

2 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
3/4 oz. Orange Curacao
3/4 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
Dash of orange bitters
Dash of Angostura

Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

2 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice
1 oz. lemonade

Fill Hi-ball glass with ice. Pour in the PLYMOUTH GIN.
Add the grapefruit juice, and top with lemonade.
Stir and add lemon wedge.

1/4 oz. Elderflower Cordial
3 oz. Tonic Water

Fill Hi-ball glass with ice. Pour in the PLYMOUTH GIN.

ENGLISH GARDEN


1 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
2 1/2 oz. Apple juice
1/4 oz. elderflower cordial
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice

Fill Hi-ball glass with ice. Pour in the PLYMOUTH GIN.
Add the apple juice and elderflower cordial.
Add juice of lime, stir and add cucumber slice for garnish.

3 oz. Ocean Spray white cranberry and peach juice 

Fill Hi-ball glass with ice. Pour in the PLYMOUTH GIN.
Top with juice.
Stir and garnish with a peach slice.

1/2 oz. Chambord
1/2 oz. cranberry juice
1/8 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add ingredients, shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with lime zest.

1/8 oz. Campari
1 oz. fresh squeezed lemon juice
1/8 oz. rose water

Fill mixing glass with ice.
Add ingredients, shake well and strain into
rocks glass filled with crushed ice. 
Add lemon twist for garnish.

2 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
2 oz. Pomegranate Juice
2 oz. Passion Fruit Juice

Fill a Hi-ball glass with ice. Add ingredients.
Squeeze and add the lime. Stir.

2 oz. PLYMOUTH GIN
2 oz. Grapefruit Juice

Fill Hi-ball glass with ice.
Pour in PLYMOUTH GIN and top with grapefruit.
Stir and serve in a salted rim cocktail glass.
Or shake and strain into a martini glass (salt rim optional).

1 dash Sweet Vermouth
1 tbsp. egg white (optional)

Fill mixing glass with ice. Add ingredients and shake well.

Invented by naval doctor 
Rear-Admiral Sir Thomas Desmond Gimlette
(1857-1943), who is said to have mixed gin with daily
rations of lime “to help the medicine go down”.
