KAHLUA COLADA


1 oz. COCO LOPEZ ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Kahlua
1/2 oz. Rum
1 cup Ice

Blend until smooth.

BOSTON BREEZE


1 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
1 1/4 oz. Rum
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
1 cup Ice

Blend and serve in a margarita glass.

COCONUT DAIQUIRI


2 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
1 oz. Pineapple Vodka
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 cup Ice

Blend until smooth.

COCONUT MARTINI "LITE"


4 oz. COCO LOPEZ ® REAL CREAM
OF COCONUT "REDUCED FAT"
6 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Coconut Rum
Ground Cinnamon
2 Cinnamon Sticks

Combine all ingredients, except cinnamon sticks, 
in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into martini glasses.
Garnish each with a pinch of cinnamon and a cinnamon stick. 
Serves 2.

PIÑA COLADA "LITE"


 2 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM
OF COCONUT "REDUCED FAT"
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz. Rum
1 cup Ice

Mix in blender until smooth.

CRAZY COCONUT
(COCO LOCO)


2 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
1 1/2 oz. Herradura Tequila
3 oz. Pineapple Juice

Blend. Garnish with a pineapple spear.

CHI-CHI "LITE"


2 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM
OF COCONUT "REDUCED FAT"
1 1/2 oz. Finlandia Vodka
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 cup Ice

Blend until smooth.

COCO MARGARITA


1/2 oz. COCO LOPEZ ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
1 1/4 oz. Jose Cuervo 1800 Tequila
1 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Shake or blend. 
Garnish with fresh pineapple.

JAMAICAN BREEZE


1/2 oz. COCO LOPEZ ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
1 1/4 oz Frangelico Liqueur
1/2 oz. Lime Juice Concentrate
3/4 oz. Bols Ginger Brandy
5 oz. Pineapple Juice

Shake. Pour over ice in 12 oz. glass. 
Garnish with pineapple or lime wedge.

1 oz. Frangelico Liqueur
1/2 oz. Licor “43”
4 oz. Strong Coffee

Serve in a mug and top with whipped cream.

1 oz. Licor “43”
3 oz. Cranberry Juice Cocktail
1 cup Ice

Mix in blender until smooth.

3/4 oz. Galliano
1/2 oz. Cointreau
2 oz. Orange Juice
1 cup. Ice

Mix in blender until smooth.

3/4 oz. COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM
OF COCONUT "REDUCED FAT"
1 1/4 oz. Frangelico Liqueur
3/4 oz. Captain Morgan Spiced Rum
5 oz. Orange Juice

Shake. Pour over ice in a 12 oz. glass and 
garnish with lime wedge. 
Note: Gold Rum may be substituted for 
Captain Morgan Spiced Rum.

1 splash COCO LOPEZ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
1 shot Baileys Irish Cream
1 splash Half & Half
Shake and strain. 

Garnish with cinnamon.

1 1/2 oz. COCO LOPEZ ® REAL CREAM OF COCONUT
1 1/4 oz. Frangelico Liqueur
1/4 oz. Bols Blue Curacao
3/4 oz. Sweetened Lime Juice
2 oz. Orange Juice
2 cups Ice

Blend until smooth. Pour into 16 oz. glass. 
Garnish with lime wheel.

6 oz. Cappuccino Coffee
1 oz. Bacardi Light Rum
1/2 cup Ice

Blend until smooth.

2 splashes Half & Half
3 splashes Pineapple Juice
2 scoops Ice
