2 parts BEEFEATER DRY GIN
1 part Stoli Blueberi
3 parts Cranberry Juice

Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. 
Shake vigorously and strain into martini glass. 
Garnish with a lime twist.

2 parts BEEFEATER DRY GIN
1/2 part Simple Syrup
1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice

Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice.
Shake vigorously and strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with lime wedge on edge of glass.

PICCADILLY 


1 1/2 parts BEEFEATER DRY GIN
4 parts Orange Juice
Splash Grenadine

Pour ingredients into a tall glass with ice and stir. 
Garnish with an orange slice.

CLASSIC MARTINI


2 parts BEEFEATER DRY GIN
Splash Dr y Vermouth

Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. 
Shake vigorously and strain into a frozen martini glass. 
Garnish with 3 green olives on a skewer.

2 parts BEEFEATER DRY GIN
2 parts Hiram Walker
Pomegranate Schnapps
1/2 part Fresh Lime Juice

Pour ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. 
Shake vigorously and pour into a rocks glass. 
Add a splash of club soda (optional).
Garnish with a lime wheel.

FRENCH 75


1 1/2 parts BEEFEATER DRY GIN
2 parts Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp Confectioner's Sugar
G.H. Mumm Champagne

Combine first three ingredients in a champagne flute and stir well.
Add champagne to fill glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

BEEFEATER & TONIC
(aka BLT)


2 parts BEEFEATER DRY GIN
4 parts Tonic Water
Lime Wedges

Combine BEEFEATER and tonic water 
in a highball glass with ice. 
Garnish with a lime wedges.

 OXFORD ROCKS

 


1 1/4 part BEEFEATER DRY GIN
3/4 part Hiram Walker
Crème de Cacao
1/2 part Fresh Lemon Juice

Fill rocks glass with ice.
Add ingredients and stir.
Garnish with a lemon wedge.

LONDON LEMONADE


1 part BEEFEATER DRY GIN
1 part Hiram Walker
Triple Sec
1 part Fresh Lemon Juice
Mint Leaves

Fill shaker with ice and ingredients. 
Shake vigorously for one minute and pour into Collins glass. 
Garnish with extra mint leaves and straw.

THE COSMOPOLITAN


1 1/2 parts BEEFEATER DRY GIN
1/4 parts Hiram Walker
Triple Sec
dashes Cranberry Juice
dashes Lime Juice
Lemon Peel

Shake vigorously over ice and
strain into a chilled martini glass. 
Twist lemon peel over drink and drop into glass.

dashes Maraschino Liqueur

Blue Curaçao
a little Powdered Sugar


Mix well with ice in shaker
and strain into tumbler.

Soda
Stemmed cherry
Lemon Slice

Stir the first three ingredients well with ice in a Collins glass,
fill with soda, garnish with cherry and lemon.

Vermouth
2 Pearl Onions

Mix with a generous amount of
ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. 
Garnish with onions.

In a tall glass filled with ice
and your favorite diet soda.

1 1/4 part BEEFEATER DRY GIN
Grapefruit Juice
Orange Juice

In a tall glass with ice, 
fill with half grapefruit juice and half orange juice.

1 part BEEFEATER DRY GIN
1/4 part Hiram Walker
Triple Sec
1/4 part Lemon Juice

Shake with ice and serve on the rocks 
or up in a sugar-rimmed glass.

In a mixing glass half filled with ice cubes, 
combine all ingredients. 
Stir well. Strain into cocktail glass.
