Fresh Mint Leaves
Fresh Lime
Simple Syrup
Soda Water or Seltzer

Muddle 1/2 lime wedge and fresh chopped mint.
Add GRANDE ABSENTE.
Add splash of simple syrup. Add ice.
Top off with soda water or seltzer.
Add a few more mint leaves for garnish.

1/2 oz. Anisette
4 oz. Soda Water or Seltzer

Fill a tall glass with a mountain of crushed ice.
Mix and enjoy.

1/4 oz. Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. Sweet & Sour
Club Soda

In a shaker filled with ice, shake until freezing cold,

Garnish with a pineapple wedge and/or maraschino cherry.

Chilled lemonade from concentrate

Pour the Absinthe into a glass or shaker and
add the lemonade to suit your taste.
Stir or shake to mix.

SCOTTISH LICORICE

1/2 oz. GRANDE ABSENTE
1/2 oz. Drambuie Cream Liqueur
1/3 oz. 12-year-old Single Malt Scotch Whiskey

Fill in a brandy glass.
Stir and serve chilled.

PAINTER'S BREAD PUDDING

1 cup of stale bread cubes
1 cup of chocolate bread
(stale cake can be used as a substitute)
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. GRANDE ABSENTE
2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar

Break or cut stale cake into cubes, then mix in
egg, milk, sugar, vanilla and most important of all
Absinthe over the bread that’s been cut or broken.
Butter baking dish, pour in mixture and dot with butter.
Bake at 350 in oven for 30 minutes.
Serve warm or cold with heavy cream or be creative.

1 1/2 oz. Midori
3 oz. Vodka

In a mixer full of ice, shake until very cold, strain into a
chilled martini glass and garnish with a cherry.

top off Moxie*

*Moxie is a soda available only in the New England area.
As an alternative use birch beer or root beer.

1 oz. Grenadine
2 oz. Water
Dash Cinzano Orange

Combine in a shaker filled with ice.
Shake until well chilled
Strain into martini glasses rimmed with a spiced sugar mixture
(i.e. Nantucket Off-Shore Seasonings Drink Rimmer).
Add a black licorice ball candy for the finishing touch.

1/2 shot Curacao
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Orange Juice
1 Thin Slice of Orange

Stir ingredients and pour over crushed ice
in a deep-saucer champagne glass. Add orange slice.

1/2 oz. GRANDE ABSENTE
3 oz. Bombay Sapphire Gin
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
Dry Vermouth
1 Orange Peel

Properly chill 1 cocktail glass.
In mixing glass with ice, pour gin and absinthe, and stir.
In your cocktail glass, roll 1/2 oz. of dry vermouth
and throw away the excess. Strain other ingredients into
cocktail glass and float 1/2 oz. of grand marnier over top.
Garnish with orange peel.

3 oz. Lemon-lime soda
3 oz. Milk
2 tsp. Sugar

Stir ingredients and pour over crushed ice in a tall cocktail glass. Add lemon slice.
