CRUZANŽ MOJITO WITH A TWIST


1 part Any CRUZANŽ FLAVOR
(Coconut, Mango, Guava, and Raspberry
work especially well)

1 part CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
2 tsp. Sugar
3-4 Mint Leaves
Club Soda
Juice of 1/2 Lime

Muddle sugar, mint, and lime juice in a rocks glass.
Add any CRUZANŽ FLAVOR and CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM, stir and fill glass with ice. Top with club soda.

Garnish with mint sprig, dash of AngosturaŽ Orange  Bitters, and a stalk of sugarcane (optional).

CRUZANŽ SUNSET


2 parts CRUZANŽ AGED DARK RUM
1 part Lime Juice
Orange Juice
Splash Grenadine

Combine CRUZANŽ RUM and lime juice in
a highball glass filled with ice. Top off with orange juice.
Add a splash of grenadine.

CRUZANŽ CARIBBEAN BREEZE MARTINI


1 part CRUZANŽ PINEAPPLE RUM
1 part Cranberry Juice
1 part Orange Juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well with ice.
Pour into a cocktail glass and garnish with seasonal fruit.

CRUZANŽ SIDECAR


1 part CRUZANŽ SINGLE BARREL RUM
dash DeKuyper Triple Sec
fresh Lemon Juice

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and shake with ice.
Strain into a sugar rimmed cocktail glass.

CRUZANŽ PIŃA COLADA MARTINI
 


1 part CRUZANŽ COCONUT RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ PINEAPPLE RUM
splash Pineapple Juice

Combine CRUZANŽ COCONUT RUM and 
CRUZANŽ PINEAPPLE RUM in a mixing glass with ice,
and add pineapple juice.
Stir and pour into a cocktail glass.

CRUZANŽ LEMON SPRITZER
  


1/2 part CRUZANŽ AGED 151 RUM
Lemon-Lime Soda
5-6 Mint Leaves

Pour CRUZANŽ RUM into an ice-filled highball glass
with muddled mint leaves. Top off with lemon-lime soda.
Stir and garnish with a sprig of mint.

CRUZANŽ COOLER


2 parts Any CRUZANŽ FLAVOR
4 parts Club Soda
splash Cranberry Juice

Fill a tall glass with ice.
Combine all ingredients and stir.
Garnish with your fruit of choice.

 CRUZANŽ CLASSIC DAIQUIRI
 


1 part CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
Fresh Lime Juice
Sugar to taste

Shake all ingredients with ice and
strain into a chilled daiquiri or cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

CRUZANŽ GINGER


2 parts CRUZANŽ AGED DARK RUM
1 part Lime Juice
Ginger Ale
splash Simple Syrup (optional)

Build in an ice-filled rocks glass. Top off with ginger ale.

CRUZANŽ RUM BREEZE


1 part CRUZANŽ BLACK CHERRY RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
2 parts Pineapple Juice
Ginger Ale

Pour first three ingredients over ice in a long drink glass.
Top up with ginger ale and garnish with a lime twist.

 CRUZANŽ MANGO MOJITO


1 part CRUZANŽ MANGO RUM
4 chunks Fresh Mango
dash Fresh Lime Juice
splash Simple Syrup
4-6 Mint Leaves
Club Soda

Muddle mint and mango chunks with simple syrup in
a tall glass. Add lime juice, CRUZANŽ MANGO RUM and ice. Stir and top with club soda.
Garnish with a mint sprig.

 CRUZANŽ BANANA NANA
 


1 part CRUZANŽ BANANA RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ AGED DARK RUM
Orange Juice

Pour CRUZANŽ RUMS and juice over ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with a banana slice.

 CRUZANŽ VOODOO JUICE


1 part CRUZANŽ PINEAPPLE RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ ORANGE RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ BANANA RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ COCONUT RUM
Cranberry Juice
Orange Juice
Pineapple Juice
1 part CRUZANŽ ESTATE DARK RUM

In a tall glass, pour the CRUZANŽ FLAVORED RUMS 
and fruit juices over ice.
Top off with a floater of CRUZANŽ ESTATE DARK RUM.

 CRUZANŽ LIGHT AND TONIC

 


1 part CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
Tonic
splash Lime Juice

Pour CRUZANŽ RUM over ice cubes in a highball glass.
Add tonic, and (optional) a splash of lime juice.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

CRUZANŽ TROPICAL COOLER


1 part CRUZANŽ ORANGE RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ COCONUT RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ PINEAPPLE RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ BANANA RUM
dash Lime Juice
dash Lemon Juice
Orange Juice
Club Soda

Combine CRUZANŽ FLAVORED RUMS with club soda.
Add a splash of orange juice and
a squeeze of fresh lime and lemon juices.
Pour over ice and serve.

CRUZANŽ CONFUSION


1 part CRUZANŽ COCONUT RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ MANGO RUM
splash Pineapple Juice

Combine ingredients together with ice. Serve on the rocks.

 CRUZANŽ BLUE HAWAIIAN
 


1 1/2 parts CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
3/4 part Blue Curaçao
3/4 part Fresh Lemon Juice
1 part Simple Syrup
2 parts Pineapple Juice
Pineapple Wedge
Cherry Garnish

Blend ingredients with ice and strain
into a specialty tropical glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a cherry.

 CRUZANŽ RUM RUNNER

 


1 part CRUZANŽ AGED DARK RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ BANANA RUM
dash Blackberry
Brandy
Orange Juice
Grenadine
Cherry Garnish

Mix together CRUZANŽ RUMS and Blackberry Brandy.
Add orange juice and top with a splash of grenadine.
Serve in a tall glass with a cherry garnish.

CRUZANŽ ISLAND PUNCH


2 cups CRUZANŽ AGED DARK RUM
1 cup CRUZANŽ PINEAPPLE RUM
2 cups Strawberry Puree
or Grenadine Syrup
1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
3 cups Pineapple Juice
2 cups Orange Juice
1/2 cup Simple Syrup

In a pitcher or punch bowl, combine all ingredients.
Add ice cubes and float fresh orange and lime slices in the bowl.
Makes 24 servings.

CRUZANŽ CITRUS CAIPIRISSIMA


1/2 Lime cut into
pieces
3 tsp. Sugar
1 part CRUZANŽ CITRUS RUM

Muddle fruit and sugar in an old-fashioned glass.
Add CRUZANŽ RUM.
Stir and fill glass with cracked ice.
Serve with a teaspoon.

CRUZANŽ BAY BREEZE

 


1 part CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
Build in an ice-filled highball glass.

Top with cranberry juice and pineapple juice.

Squeeze a lime wedge over and drop in.

1 part CRUZANŽ RUM CREAM
1 part CRUZANŽ COCONUT RUM

Combine CRUZANŽ RUM CREAM and
CRUZANŽ COCONUT RUM over ice in a rocks glass.

 CHOCOLATE MINT MARTINI
 


1/4 part CRUZANŽ RUM CREAM
1 1/4 parts CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
3/4 part Dark Crčme de Cacao
White Crčme de Menthe

Combine ingredients in a mixing glass over ice.
Shake and strain into a martini glass.
Top with White Crčme de Menthe.

1 part CRUZANŽ BLACK CHERRY RUM 
1 part CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
top with Cola

Muddle pieces of lime in glass,
then combine with other ingredients and ice.
Garnish with lime wedge and a cherry.

 CRUZANŽ CITRONIC
 


1 part CRUZANŽ CITRUS
Build in an ice-filled highball glass. 

Fill up with tonic.

Garnish with lime, lemon and ruby grapefruit.

 CRUZANŽ FLAMINGO
 


1 1/2 parts CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
1 1/2 parts Pineapple Juice
1/4 part Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 part Grenadine

Shake all ingredients well with ice
and serve in a martini glass without garnish.

CRUZANŽ CHERRY ORCHARD


1 part CRUZANŽ BLACK CHERRY RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
1 part Pressed Apple
Juice
1/2 part Simple Syrup
1/2 part Lemon Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice and
strain into chilled martini glass. 
Garnish with apple slices.

CARIBBEAN OLD-FASHIONED


2 parts CRUZANŽ SINGLE BARREL RUM
1 tsp. Sugar
dash Bitters
Orange Slice
splash Club Soda
Cherry Garnish

Muddle the orange slice in a rocks glass and fill with ice.
Add remaining ingredients and stir. Garnish with a cherry.

 CRUZANŽ LEMONADE
 


2 parts CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
1 part Lime Juice
Build in an ice-filled highball glass.

Fill with Sprite/7-Up.

Squeeze a lime wedge over and drop in.

CRUZANŽ CHERRY MOJITO


1 part CRUZANŽ BLACK CHERRY RUM
1 part CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
Juice of 1 Whole Lime
1/2 part Simple Syrup
10-12 Mint Leaves
Club Soda

In a glass, muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple
syrup. Fill glass with crushed ice and CRUZANŽ RUMS.
Stir and top with club soda.
Garnish with a mint sprig.

CRUZANŽ MAI TAI


1 1/2 oz. CRUZANŽ AGED LIGHT RUM
1/2 oz. CRUZANŽ AGED DARK RUM
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Curaçao
1/2 oz. Orgeat Syrup
1 tsp. Superfine Sugar

Pour all over cracked ice in an old-fashioned glass.
Stir well.
Garnish with pineapple stick and cherry.
Serve with straw.
