MAJOR PETERS'
BLOODY BULL

2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' BLOODY MARY MIX
1 oz. vodka
2 oz. sodium-free or
low-sodium beef broth

Shake vigorously. 
Garnish with lemon.

New Years Day!

MAJOR PETERS'
HURRICANE

2 oz. light rum
2 oz. dark rum
2 oz. passion fruit juice
1 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' LIME JUICE
1 tbsp. MAJOR PETERS' GRENADINE
1 tbsp. simple syrup

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice 
and strain into a hurricane glass.
Garnish with a cherry or orange slice.

CARIBBEAN SMUGGLER

3/4 oz. dark rum
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. MAJOR PETERS' MARGARITA MIX
1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' BAR SYRUP
1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' TRIPLE SEC
3 oz. lemon-lime soda

Pour the rum, triple sec, orange juice, margarita mix, and bar syrup
into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with lemon-lime soda and stir. Garnish with a lime wheel.

MAJOR PETERS' HOT AND SPICY
BLOODY MARY MIX
Sauza Hornitas Tequila

Garnish with lime, celery, and
jalapeno stuffed olive.

LONDON ICE TEA

 3/4 oz. gin
3/4 oz. rum
1/2 oz. amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' BAR SYRUP
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
3-4 oz. cola

Shake ingredients (except cola)
with ice and strain into a glass 3/4 filled with ice.
Top with cola and stir. 
Garnish with lemon wedge.

BLOODY MARTINI

1 1/2 oz. vodka
1/4 oz. dry vermouth
1 1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' BLOODY MARY MIX
1/4 oz. olive juice

Shake and strain into a martini glass. 
Garnish with olives.

BAYOU BLOODY CAESAR

4 oz. MAJOR PETERS' BLOODY MARY
1 1/2 oz. pepper flavored vodka
Dash Tabasco sauce
Dash Old Bay seasoning
1/2 pinch cayenne pepper
Dash crushed red pepper

Stir thoroughly.
Pour into glass with salted rim.

6 oz. MAJOR PETERS' BLOODY MARY MIX
1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' LIME JUICE
1 1/4 oz. vodka

Combine in a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Stir.  Garnish with a stalk of celery.

BLOODY SWEDISH BLONDE

4 oz. MAJOR PETERS' BLOODY MARY MIX
1 oz. aquavit
1 pinch ground toasted fennel seeds
1/8 tsp. caraway seeds

Shake lightly. Pour into glass and 
garnish with caraway seeds and twist of lemon.

BUBBLE GUM

1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' SWEET AND
SOUR MIX
1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' GRENADINE
1/2 oz. crème de banana
/2 oz. melon liqueur
1/2 oz. vodka
1/2 oz. orange juice

Shake with ice.
Strain and serve straight up.

 PINK LIME COCKTAIL

1 part MAJOR PETERS' LIME JUICE
1 part MAJOR PETERS' GRENADINE
1/2 part MAJOR PETERS' BAR SYRUP
1 part Citron Vodka
3 parts lemon-lime soda or club soda

Shake all ingredients over ice.
Garnish with lime and cherry.

HAWAIIAN HIGHBALL

1 tsp. MAJOR PETERS' SWEET AND
SOUR MIX
2 oz. Irish whiskey
2 tsp. pineapple juice
Club soda

Combine whiskey and juices.
Add ice and fill with soda. Stir.

1 part MAJOR PETERS' LIME JUICE
2 dashes MAJOR PETERS' GRENADINE
1 part sweet red vermouth
1 part rum
4 dashes brandy

Shake well.

2 oz. Irish whiskey
1 oz. clam juice

Combine with ice, shake gently.
Strain straight up.

Build over ice in a tall glass.

Combine all ingredients in a 16 oz. glass filled with ice.
Garnish with orange wheel.

TROPICAL FREEZE

4 oz. MAJOR PETERS' STRAWBERRY
MARGARITA/DAIQUIRI MIX
1 small scoop vanilla or strawberry yogurt
1 oz. club soda or lemon-lime soda
1 cup small cube ice

Blend at medium speed.
Serve in a champagne glass or wide mouth goblet.
Garnish with a fresh strawberry.

3 parts MAJOR PETERS' BLOODY MARY MIX
2 parts orange juice
1 part lime juice
1/4 part MAJOR PETERS' GRENADINE
(or to taste)

In a shaker half filled with ice, combine ingredients.
Shake well.
Strain into a salt rimmed glass filled with ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel.

For a spicier version, use MAJOR PETERS' THE WORKS BLOODY MARY MIX, or HOT AND SPICY.

MAJOR SPIDEY

1 1/2 oz. Tarantula Azul
1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' FRESH LIME JUICE
3 oz. MAJOR PETERS' SWEET AND SOUR
1 splash MAJOR PETERS' GRENADINE
1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' TRIPLE SEC

Combine all ingredients, except 
MAJOR PETERS' GRENADINE, in mixing tin with ice.
Shake. Pour into a Collins glass.
Top with a splash of MAJOR PETERS' GRENADINE
and garnish with a lime wedge.

1 1/2 oz. tequila
1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' LIME JUICE
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
OR: 4 oz. MAJOR PETERS' STRAWBERRY
MARGARITA MIX
1 1/2 cups ice

Blend until slushy. 
Pour into salt-rimmed glass.

1 1/2 cups small cube ice
4 oz. MAJOR PETERS' MARGARITA MIX
2 oz. lemon-lime soda

Blend for 45 seconds.
Serve in a salt-rimmed glass and
garnish with a wedge of lime.

COLD PIZZA
  

1 1/2 oz. vodka infused with onion,
green pepper, tomato, & olive
4 oz. your favorite
MAJOR PETERS' BLOODY MARY MIX

Mix in a tumbler over ice.
Garnish with a skewer of cooked sausage, pepperoni,
mushroom, green pepper and onion.
Serve with bread of your choice.

5 oz. MAJOR PETERS' MAI TAI MIX
1 1/2 cups crushed ice
1 1/2 oz. white rum

Blend. Strain and serve in a rocks glass over ice.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and
maraschino cherry.

SENORITA
  

1 1/2 cups small cube ice
4 oz. MAJOR PETERS' MARGARITA MIX
2 oz. strawberryflavored mineral water
1/2 small banana

Blend for 60 seconds at medium speed.
Serve in a tulip glass and 
garnish with a large strawberry.

WILD IRISH ROSE

1 1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' GRENADINE
1/2 oz. MAJOR PETERS' LIME JUICE
1 1/2 oz. Irish whiskey
Club soda

Combine with ice and shake gently.
Serve straight up.

MERRY MARY
PUNCH

1 bottle MAJOR PETERS' BLOODY MARY MIX
1 1/2 qts. Orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp. sugar
2 cups gin, vodka, or rum

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Pour into punch bowl with large block of ice.
Garnish servings with lemon wedge and celery stalk.
Serves 24.

WHISKEY SOUR
  

3 oz. MAJOR PETERS' SWEET AND SOUR MIX
1 1/2 oz. your favorite bourbon, rye, 
or scotch whiskey
1 1/2 cups crushed ice

Blend or shake for 5 seconds.
Strain and serve on the rocks.
Add club soda to taste.
Garnish with an orange slice or a maraschino cherry.

DAIQUIRI MIX
1 1/2 oz. white rum
1 1/2 cups crushed ice

Blend.

OLD FASHIONED

1 oz. MAJOR PETERS' OLD FASHIONED MIX
2 oz. your favorite bourbon, rye, 
or scotch whiskey
1 oz. plain or carbonated water to taste

Twist a lemon peel over and
serve with a slice of orange
and a maraschino cherry.
