TINKER TALL


1 1/4 oz. IRISH MIST
3 oz. ginger ale
3 oz. club soda

Serve with lots of ice in a tall glass.

AUNT ROSE


1 1/4 oz. IRISH MIST
2 oz. cranberry juice
2 oz. orange juice

Shake. Serve in a tall glass with ice.

BUNGI JUMPER


1 1/4 oz. IRISH MIST
4 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. cream
Splash amaretto

Mix all but amaretto.
Float amaretto on top.

MS. TEA


1 1/4 oz. IRISH MIST
3 oz. iced tea

Mix. Serve on the rocks.

THE ULTIMATE
IRISH COFFEE


1 1/2 oz. IRISH MIST
Hot coffee

Serve in a warm mug.
No sugar needed.

IRISH PENANCE


1 part CAROLANS IRISH CREAM
1 part Cointreau

Shake slowly and serve on the rocks.

IRISH HEADLOCK


1/4 oz. CAROLANS IRISH CREAM
1/4 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1/4 oz. amaretto
1/4 oz. brandy

Layer in above order.

1 part CAROLANS IRISH CREAM
1 part amaretto

Shake or stir on the rocks.

IRISH RUSSIAN


1 part CAROLANS IRISH CREAM
1 part SKYY vodka

Stir well on the rocks.

3 parts CAROLANS IRISH CREAM
1 part white crème de menthe

Stir well on the rocks.

TULLY TEA


1/2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1/2 oz. Cabo Wabo
1/2 oz. Flor de Cana
1/2 oz. gin
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 oz. simple syrup
Coca Cola

Shake and strain into a highball glass.
Top with Coke.
For a more sophisticated version,
add a dash of angostura bitters and top with ginger ale.

TULLY JULEP


2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1 oz. simple syrup
Mint leaves

Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup with TULLAMORE DEW. Add crushed ice.
Mix with a bar spoon until glass is frosted.
Add more crushed ice.
Garnish with several mint sprigs. Add a straw.

VALENCIA DEW


2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW 10 YEAR OLD
1 oz. honey syrup
3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 Clementine, quartered & muddled
1 bar spoon pink
peppercorns

Shake and strain into rocks glass over ice.

TULLY 10 CIDER


1 1/2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW 10 YEAR OLD
1 1/2 oz. Magners Apple Cider
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup or pinch of sugar
2 mint leaves for muddling

Build in a pint glass, muddle mint and shake with ice.
Strain over ice and garnish with a mint sprig.

TULLY-TINI


1 1/2 oz. TULLAMORE DEW
1/2 oz. Sour Apple
3 oz. cranberry juice

Shaken and served in a martini glass.

WINTER PUNCH


1 oz. TULLAMORE DEW 12 YEAR OLD
1 oz. sherry (optional)
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier
1/2 oz. lime juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Shake and serve over ice with
seasonal fruits like Clementine.

THE PERFECT
IRISH COFFEE


Use a 6 oz. Tulip Glass.
Preheat glass with boiling water.
Add 2 tsp. sugar. 
Add hot coffee and stir until sugar is thoroughly dissolved.
Add jigger of TULLAMORE DEW.
Top with a collar of lightly whipped cream 
by pouring gently over a spoon.
Enjoy while piping hot.

HOT TULLY


1 part TULLAMORE DEW
1 sliced lemon
2 lumps sugar

Fill to top with hot water.
Combine all ingredients and stir well. Serve in a glass mug. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

IRISH MARGARITA


2 parts TULLAMORE DEW
1/2 part Grand Marnier
1 part fresh lime juice

Shake with ice.
Serve in a rocks glass over ice.

TD SOUR


2 parts TULLAMORE DEW
1 part sour mix

Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass.
Garnish with a lime or lemon wheel.

First day of Spring

2 parts TULLAMORE DEW
1 part IRISH MIST
Top with cola
Splash of sour mix 
Serve over ice in a highball glass.
Garnish with a lemon wedge or wheel.

IRISH GOLD


2 parts TULLAMORE DEW
2 parts ginger ale
1/2 part peach schnapps
Splash of orange juice

Combine in an ice-cube filled Collins or specialty glass.
Stir and garnish with a lime wheel.

TULLAMORE TODDY
  


1 cup brown sugar
1 cup water
3 pcs. Cardamon
2 pcs. Anise
1 tbsp. allspice
1 small vanilla stick

Heat brown sugar and water to a simmer and add spices.
When the 'toddy mix' is done mix
equal parts with TULLAMORE DEW.
Garnish with lemon peel and/or cinnamon stick.

TROPICAL DEW
  


2 parts TULLAMORE DEW
1 part pineapple juice
Squeeze of lemon
Top off with soda water

Combine the TULLAMORE DEW with the juices.
Add ice and fill with soda. Stir gently.
Serve in a highball glass with lemon or lime wedge.

1 part raspberry liqueur
Dash of sour
Splash of grenadine

Shake and strain into a martini glass.

Chocolate syrup

Shake with ice and serve in a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with shaved chocolate.

Serve over ice in a rocks glass.
Garnish with candy cane.
