BEES KNEES

 


1 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. honey

Build in a flute.
Stir honey until mixed. Top with champagne.
Garnish with a twist of lemon.

BITTER LEMON
COCKTAIL


1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1 oz. Stirrings Lemon
Drop Cocktail Mixer
1/4 oz. Stirrings Blood
Orange Bitters

Combine ingredients in a cocktail mixer. Shake vigorously.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with slice of lemon.

BULLET MARTINI


1 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1/4 oz. Romana Sambuca
Splash lemon juice
Splash sugar syrup
1 tsp. lemon zest

Shake ingredients with ice.
Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with lemon zest.

SMOKY MARTINI


1 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
3/4 oz. dry vermouth
7 drops anisette

Rinse a martini glass with Lagavulin Scotch.
Add ingredients and stir. Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

CUCUMBER GIMLET
 


1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1 oz. tonic water
3/4 oz. simple syrup
3/4 oz. lime juice
3 slices cucumber

Place cucumber wheels at the bottom of a Collins glass.
Add TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN, 
simple syrup, and lime juice. Add ice and top with tonic water. Garnish with a cucumber peel.

GIN SPIRIT


1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1 1/2 oz. pomegranate juice
Splash orange juice
1 Tsp. sugar

Shake ingredients with ice and
strain into a martini glass.

STINGER

 


1 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1/4 oz. green chartreuse
3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters

Shake. Strain over ice into a rocks glass.

GIN GLIMMER
 


1 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1/4 oz. melon liqueur
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice

Shake with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

FRENCH '75'


1 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1/4 oz. champagne
1 1/4 oz. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar

Shake all ingredients but champagne
well with ice and pour into glass.
Top with champagne and stir well.
Garnish with an orange slice and maraschino cherry.

BITTER FIZZ MARTINI


1 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1/2 oz. dry vermouth
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
2 oz. tonic water
Dash Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients. Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
Tonic water
3 lime wedges

Muddle lime wedges at the bottom of a highball glass.
Add TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN over crushed ice.
Top with tonic water. Float bitters.

1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
4 oz. tonic water

Squeeze juice of lime wedge into highball glass. 
Fill glass 2/3 with cracked ice.
Add TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN and tonic water.
Stir well. Run wedge of lime around rim of glass.
Garnish with lime wedge.

1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
Tonic water
3 Mint sprigs

Muddle 3 mint sprigs at the bottom of a highball glass.
Add TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN and lime juice.
Top with tonic water. Serve on the rocks.
Garnish with a mint sprig.

1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
Tonic water
3 Lime wedges

Mudde 3 lime wedges at the bottom of a highball glass.
Add TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN.
Top with tonic water.
Serve on the rocks.

1 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
3/4 oz. dry vermouth

 Stir. Strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a lemon twist.

1 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1/2 oz. lime juice
Ginger beer
Tonic water
3 mint sprigs

Muddle mint sprigs in a highball glass.
Add TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN and lime juice.
Top with ginger beer and a splash of tonic water.
Serve on the rocks. Garnish with a mint sprig.

1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
Tonic water

Fill a highball glass 2/3 with ice. Add ingredients. Stir well.
Garnish with a lemon horse's neck.

1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
3/4 oz. lemon juice
5 oz. sour mix
Tonic water

Shake all ingredients without ice to aerate. 
Add ice. Shake.
Strain over ice into a martini glass.
Top with tonic water.
Garnish with a lemon pigtail twist.

WILDE MARTINI


3/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
3/4 oz. dry vermouth
1/2 oz. lime juice
tonic water
Dash orange bitters

Rinse martini glass with absinthe. Shake all ingredients.
Strain into martini glass.
Garnish with lemon pigtail twist and 5 drops of J&B Scotch.

1 oz. simple syrup
3/4 oz. lemon juice
1 oz. pomegranate juice

Shake ingredients with ice and
strain into a martini glass.

Shake ingredients in a shaker half-filled with ice.
Stir well and strain into a cocktail glass.

1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1 1/4 oz. lemon-lime soda

Prepare strawberries in a highball glass.
Add crushed ice and TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN.
Top with lemon-lime soda.

Splash ginger ale

In a highball glass filled with ice,
add TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN and ginger ale.
Garnish with a lime wedge.

HAVANA HOLIDAY


1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
4 oz. tonic water
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1 orange wedge
6 mint leaves

Muddle mint and orange wedge
lightly with TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN. 
Add ice, lemon wedge, and tonic.
Garnish with mint sprig.

 TOM COLLINS
  


1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1 oz. lemon or lime juice
1 tsp. sweet & sour mix
Splash club soda

In a shaker half-filled with ice,
add TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN,
lemon or lime juice, and sweet & sour mix. 
Shake well. Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
Add club soda and stir well.
Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice.

1 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1/4 oz. triple sec
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/5 tsp. grenadine

Shake well with ice. Pour into bold-fashioned glass.
Garnish with pineapple wedge.

1 1/4 oz. TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN
1/4 oz. lime juice

Blend with ice until slushy.
Serve in a cocktail glass.

1/4 oz. dry vermouth
1/4 oz. sweet vermouth
1 oz. orange juice

Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with orange slice.

Dash of grenadine

Shake with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Mint leaves

In a glass with ice, add mint leaves and
TANQUERAY® LONDON DRY GIN.
Top with ginger ale.
