MOJITO
 


Combine: 
2-4 mint sprigs,
1 teaspoon sugar, 
and a splash of soda.
Lightly muddle until you smell the mint. 

Add 3/4 oz. lime juice and 1 1/2 oz. ZAYA RUM.
Fill with soda and garnish with a mint sprig.

ZAYA GAUGUIN


1 1/4 oz. ZAYA RUM
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. passion fruit syrup

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.
Strain into a martini glass.

ZAYA WITHOUT A
CARE CHAMPAGNE



2 oz. ZAYA RUM
San Pellegrino Chinotto

In a champagne glass filled with crushed ice,
add ZAYA RUM and fill with San Pellegrino Chinotto.
Garnish with a wedge of lemon or lime.

ZAYA MANHATTAN


1 1/2 oz. ZAYA RUM
1/2 oz. Carpano Antica Formula
2 dashes aromatic bitters

Stir with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with an orange zest twist.

ZAYA SPLASH
 


1 oz. ZAYA RUM
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
2 oz. sweet and sour
1 oz. lime juice
Lemon lime soda
Splash of grenadine

Shake first four ingredients with ice.
Pour contents into an ice-filled Collins glass.
Fill with lemon-lime soda and 
finish with a splash of grenadine and a lime wedge.

ZAYA YACHT CLUB


2 oz. ZAYA RUM
1 oz. Grand Marnier
Twist of lime

Combine over ice in a double old-fashioned glass.

ZAYA LIBRA
 


2 oz. ZAYA RUM
1 fresh lime
Cola

Fill a Collins glass with ice.
Add ZAYA RUM and fill with cola.
Run a lime slice around the edge of the glass.
Add a fresh squeeze of lime juice,
and garnish with lime slice.

ZAYA FIZZ
 


2 1/2 oz. ZAYA RUM
1 1/2 oz. pineapple juice
1 tsp. sugar
4 oz. club soda

Into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, 
pour ZAYA RUM, pineapple juice, and sugar.
Shake well, and strain into a Collins glass filled with ice cubes. Add club soda.

ZAYA TAI


1/2 oz. ZAYA RUM
1 oz. light rum
1/2 oz. crème de almond
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
Sweet and sour mix
Pineapple juice

Pour light rum, crème de almond and
triple sec into a Collins glass.
Fill with equal parts sweet & sour mix and pineapple juice.
Add ZAYA RUM, and enjoy unstirred.

ZAYA LAZY
AFTERNOON


1 oz. ZAYA RUM
1 oz. light rum
1/2 oz. cherry brandy
4 oz. pineapple juice

Pour the ZAYA RUM, light rum, cherry brandy and
pineapple juice into a highball glass filled with crushed ice.
Stir well and enjoy.

ZAYA PAINKILLER


2 oz. ZAYA RUM
1 oz. cream of coconut
4 oz. pineapple juice
1 oz. orange juice

Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker and
pour over ice in a tall glass.

3/4 oz. ZAYA RUM
1/2 oz. amaretto almond liqueur
3 oz. apple juice

Blend with crushed ice, pour
into a cocktail glass, and enjoy!

ZAYA PARADISE
QUENCHER

 


1 oz. ZAYA RUM
2 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. passion fruit juice
1 oz. orange juice
1 oz. cranberry juice
1/4 oz. apricot liqueur

Pour ZAYA RUM, juices, and
apricot liqueur into a blender. 
Add 1 cup crushed ice. 
Blend well and pour into a hurricane or other large glass.

ZAYA ABILENE
 


1 1/2 oz. ZAYA RUM
3 oz. orange juice
2 oz. peach nectar

Pour into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Stir well and enjoy.

ZAYA BLACK VELVET


1 oz. ZAYA RUM
10 oz. lager

Pour into a beer mug or
large glass and enjoy.

1 1/4 oz. ZAYA RUM
1/2 oz. lemon juice
1/2 oz. orange juice
1/2 tsp. sugar

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnish with a lemon slice.

ZAYA CITRUS
COOLER

  


3/4 oz. ZAYA RUM
2 oz. lemon-lime soda
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz. sweet and sour mix
1 oz. lime juice
1 oz. triple sec

Combine all but the lemon-lime soda in a large ice-filled glass. Top with lemon-lime soda.

 ZAYA DEEP SIX
   


2 oz. ZAYA RUM
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Champagne

Combine ZAYA RUM, lime juice, and sugar.
Stir well. Fill the glass with champagne and stir gently.
Garnish with a slice of lime.

1 1/4 oz. ZAYA RUM
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/3 oz. lime juice
Dash of Curaçao

Shake with crushed ice and
strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

1 oz. ZAYA RUM
2 tsp. lime juice
1 tbsp. passion fruit syrup
1 oz. white rum

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

1 1/4 oz. ZAYA RUM
4 oz. grape juice
1 oz. sweet and sour mix

Combine all ingredients in ice-filled Collins glass.
Shake well.

2 oz. ZAYA RUM
1/2 oz. cherry brandy

Pour the ZAYA RUM and cherry brandy into an
old-fashioned glass filled with ice. Stir well.

Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with a cherry, mint leaf, and slice of orange.

TROPICAL SOUR


1 1/4 oz. ZAYA RUM
1/2 tsp. superfine sugar
1/4 oz. lemon juice
Splash pineapple juice

Shake ZAYA RUM, lemon juice, and sugar with crushed ice. 
Strain into a cocktail glass. 
Splash with pineapple juice.

SHARK TOOTH

  


1 1/2 oz. ZAYA RUM
Splash soda water
1/4 oz. grenadine
1/4 oz. lemon juice
1/4 oz. lime juice

Pour ZAYA RUM, lemon juice, lime juice,
and grenadine in a Collins glass.
Stir, then add a splash of soda water.

 ZAYA JULEP
  


1 1/4 oz. ZAYA RUM
2 sprigs mint
1/6 oz. simple syrup

In an old-fashioned glass,
muddle simple syrup with mint leaves.
Fill glass with crushed ice and pour in ZAYA RUM.
Garnish with a mint sprig.

PLANTER'S PUNCH

  


1 oz. ZAYA RUM
3 oz. pineapple juice
1/4 oz. grenadine

Mix over ice in a Collins glass

ZAYA COLADA
  


3 oz. ZAYA RUM
4 oz. pineapple juice
2 oz. coconut cream

Put all ingredients in a blender over ice and blend until smooth. Serve in a tall cocktail glass.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.

2 oz. ZAYA RUM
4 oz. pomegranate juice

Pour ZAYA RUM into glass filled with ice.
Fill with pomegranate juice and stir.

ZAYA CALYPSO
COFFEE

 


1 oz. ZAYA RUM
4 oz. coffee
2 oz. cream
Sugar (to taste)

Combine the ZAYA RUM,
sugar, and hot coffee in an Irish coffee glass.
Stir well. Layer cream on top.

CHERRY COLA

 



2 oz. ZAYA RUM
1/2 oz. cherry brandy
Cola

Pour ZAYA RUM and cherry brandy into
an old-fashioned glass over ice. Fill with cola.
