1 oz. SOBIESKI CYTRON VODKA
1/2 oz. Campari
2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice
1/2 oz. dessert wine

Garnished with bruleed grapefruit.

RED RHINO


1 1/2 oz. SOBIESKI CYTRON VODKA
1 oz. Marie Brizard Watermelon Liqueur
2 cantaloupe wedges muddled with
2 slices British seedless cucumber
1 cilantro stem

SOBIESKI HOT MAMA


2 oz. SOBIESKI VODKA
3 oz. tomato juice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
4 dime-sized slices fresh ginger
8-10 fresh cilantro leaves
1/2 oz. soy sauce
Dash hot sauce
Dash of salt and pepper

Muddle cilantro and ginger. Add remaining ingredients.
Shake over ice and strain into martini glass rimmed with equal parts coarse salt, black pepper, and chili powder.
Garnish with Asian pickled cucumber.

PEAR PUNCH


1 1/2 oz. SOBIESKI VANILIA VODKA
1 dash Angostura Bitters
3 oz. pear nectar

Stir briefly. Add lime wedge for garnish.

SOBIESKI KISS


 

1 1/2 oz. SOBIESKI VODKA
3/4 oz. Marie Brizard Orange
1 oz. pomegranate juice
1 tsp. strawberry jam
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
4 fresh sage leaves

Lightly bruise sage leaves in mixing tin.
Add remaining ingredients. Shake for 10 seconds. 
Strain into well-chilled martini glass.
Garnish with floating sage leaf.

SOBIESKI
GRAPE LOLLIPOP


1 oz. SOBIESKI VODKA
1 oz. Grape Pucker
1/2 oz. Sour mix
1 oz. Cranberry juice
1 oz. pineapple juice
1/2 oz. Sprite

Shake everything but Sprite.
Pour into highball glass. Top with Sprite.

SOBIESKI PRESTIGE


1 3/4 oz. SOBIESKI CYTRON VODKA
3/4 oz. Aperol
3/4 oz. Martini & Rossi Bianco

Combine ingredients in mixing glass. Stir to chill and dilute.
Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Finish with flamed lemon peel.

SKINNY POMEGRANATE
COCKTAIL


1 1/2 oz. SOBIESKI CYTRON VODKA
1 oz. honey syrup
(1:1 honey and water)
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. POM/ Pomegranate Juice

Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with an orange twist.

VANILIA VICE


1 1/2 oz. SOBIESKI VANILIA VODKA
2 strawberries
8 mint leaves
3/4 oz. agave nectar

Muddle strawberries with mint leaves.
Shake and strain into highball glass.
Finish with a Limonata floater and garnish with a mint stem.

KEY LIME PIE


1 1/2 oz. SOBIESKI VANILIA VODKA
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
3/4 oz. pressed pineapple juice
Crushed graham cracker rim.

 THE POLISHED
PRINCESS


1 1/2 oz. SOBIESKI VANILIA VODKA
5 cranberries
Pinch pumpkin spice
1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz. simple syrup
1 egg white

In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the cranberries and
spice in the simple syrup and lemon juice.
Add remaining ingredients and dry shake.
Add ice and shake again. Strain into chilled martini glass.
Add 3 floating cranberries for garnish.

BANANA SPLIT


2 oz. SOBIESKI VODKA
1/2 oz. crème de banana
1/2 oz. white crème de cacao
1/2 oz. caramel Baileys Cream

Shake.

2 1/2 oz. SOBIESKI CYTRON VODKA
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. cream or Irish cream

Shake and serve over crushed ice shaped
like a ball in a rocks glass.

JINGLE JUICE


2 oz. SOBIESKI CYTRON VODKA
2 oz. orange juice
1/4 oz. fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz. maraschino cherry juice

Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and stir. 
our over ice and garnish as desired.

TRUFFLE MARTINI


2 1/2 oz. SOBIESKI VODKA
Splash Urbani Tartufi
White Truffle Oil

Shake or stir and serve in a chilled martini glass.

PINATA


2 oz. SOBIESKI VODKA
1/2 oz. triple sec
1 1/2 oz. sweet and sour mix
1/2 oz. lime juice

Shake or blend with ice.
Serve in a tall glass with a salt rim.

2 oz. SOBIESKI VODKA
3 oz. orange juice
1/4 oz. Galliano
1/4 oz. Kahlua

Mix SOBIESKI VODKA and orange juice.
Float Galliano and put one dash of Kahlua in the middle.

1 oz. Marie Brizard
Cherry Liqueur
1/2 oz. Cointreau
Dash bitters

Shake with ice and strain.

2 oz. cranberry juice

Serve in a tall glass over ice.
Garnish with lime.

1 1/2 oz. SOBIESKI VODKA
1/2 oz. Canton Ginger Liqueur
1 oz. Caribik Sun Passion
Fruit Concentrate
1/2 oz. lime juice

Put all ingredients in a shaker.
Shake and serve in a rocks glass.
Garnish with blackberry, raspberry, and blueberry skewer.

TRUTH SERUM


1 1/2 oz. SOBIESKI VODKA
1/2 oz. Aperol
1/4 oz. Marie Brizard Peach
2 oz. The Republic of Tea Acai or
cranberry tea
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. lemon juice

Pour ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker.
Shake vigorously. Strain and serve.
