COCKTAIL*


1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ
Silver Apple Infusion
1 part apple juice
3/4 part simple syrup

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice.
Shake and serve.

NEW FASHIONED


1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Reposado
1 maraschino cherry (muddle)
1 slice orange (muddle)
3 dashes bitters
1 tsp. sugar
Top with club soda

Serve over ice. 
Garnish with an orange twist.

1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Silver
4 parts orange juice
1 squeeze fresh lime

Serve over ice.

SERRANO MARGARITA


1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Silver
4 pieces pineapple (muddled) or
2 parts pineapple juice
2 slices Serrano chiles (muddled)
1 part simple syrup or
3/4 oz. agave nectar
1 part lime juice

Serve on the rocks.
Salt optional.

AND LEMONCELLO PITCHER
 


8 parts CORZOŽ Silver
4 pieces lemon (muddled)
4 sprigs basil (muddled)
6 parts simple syrup
8 parts lemoncello
Top with club soda

In a medium size pitcher
muddle lemons and fresh basil.
Add the rest of the ingredients and ice.

1 part CORZOŽ Reposado
1 part Disaronno Liqueur
4 parts coffee

Serve in a coffee mug.
Top with whipped cream and nutmeg powder.

CORZOŽ SILVER INFUSION
POMEGRANATE GINGER


1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Silver Infusion
Pomegranate Ginger
1 part simple syrup
1 part fresh lime juice

In a mixing glass add CORZOŽ Infusion,
simple syrup, lime juice, and ice.
Shake and pour in a chilled martini glass.

PINEAPPLE MINT
COCKTAIL**
 


1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Silver Infusion
Pineapple Apricot Mint**
3/4 part fresh lime juice
1 part simple syrup
Splash lemon-lime soda

In a mixing glass add all ingredients but soda with ice and shake. Pour in tall glass.
Top with lemon-lime soda.
Serve over ice.

RASPBERRY RICKEY


1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Silver
1 part simple syrup
3/4 part fresh lime juice
5 raspberries (muddled)
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
1/4 part absinthe
Top with club soda

In a Collins glass, muddle 5 raspberries.
Add simple syrup, lime juice, CORZOŽ Silver, bitters,
absinthe, ice, and top with club soda.
Garnish with a lime twist and 2 fresh raspberries.

CORZOŽ CANTARITO


1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Reposado
1/2 part lime juice
1/2 part lemon juice
1/2 part orange juice

Top with grapefruit juice.
Serve over ice in a Collins glass.

MARGARITA


1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Silver
5 blackberries (muddled)
3/4 part lime juice
3/4 part blackberry brandy
or blackberry liqueur
2 parts sweet and sour

Muddle blackberries.
Add the rest of the ingredients with ice.
Shake and pour over ice.
Garnish with fresh blackberries and a lime twist.

8 parts CORZOŽ Silver
10 thick slices English cucumber (muddled)
6 parts lime juice
6 parts simple syrup
Top with lemon-lime soda

In a medium pitcher, muddle cucumbers. Add the rest of
the ingredients over ice and top with lemon-lime soda.

CHOCOLATE HAZELNUT


1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Aņejo
1 part hazelnut liqueur
4 parts hot milk

Serve in a coffee mug with whipped cream
and chocolate syrup.

1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Reposado
1 part St. Germain elder flower
2 parts mango juice
1 part lemon juice
3/4 part simple syrup

In a mixing glass, pour CORZOŽ Reposado, lime
juice, mango juice, St. Germain, and simple syrup.
Shake and serve in a martini glass.

Cranberry juice

Add a squeeze of lime.
Serve over ice.

1 strawberry (muddled)
2 slices kiwi (muddled)
3/4 part lime juice
3/4 part lemon juice

Garnish with a lemon or a fresh strawberry.

4 parts Canton ginger liqueur
14 parts watermelon juice
4 parts simple syrup
6 parts fresh lime juice
8 fresh basil leaves (muddled)

Serve in a pitcher family style over ice.

1 part Irish cream
1/4 part green crčme de menthe
4 parts coffee

Serve in a coffee mug.
Top with whipped cream.

3/4 parts Canton ginger liqueur
4 fresh mint leaves
2 parts ruby grapefruit juice
Splash cranberry juice
3/4 parts fresh lime juice

1 750 ml bottle CORZOŽ Silver
8 strawberries
5 kiwis
Lemon peel from 1/2 lemon
(sliced close to zest, no white part)

Infuse for 36 hours.

1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Silver
3/4 part simple syrup
3/4 part fresh lime juice
6 fresh mint leaves (muddled)
1 part pasteurized egg white
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Shake all ingredients and
pour in a martini glass.

2 parts CORZOŽ Reposado
(serve neat in a brandy snifter)
2 parts Sangrita
(spicy tomato chaser, serve cool and neat)
1 fresh lime wedge on the side.

2 slices apple (muddled)
3/4 part fresh lime juice
3/4 part agave nectar
2 parts apple juice
Pinch cinnamon powder

Serve over ice or up in a martini glass.
Sugar and cinnamon powder on the rim.

COCONUT MANGO
 


6 parts CORZOŽ Silver
2 parts Bacardi Coco
10 parts mango juice
6 parts fresh lime juice
4 parts simple syrup

In medium-sized pitcher mix all ingredients.
Add ice and top with club soda.
Serve family style.

HOT CHOCOLATE


1 part CORZOŽ Aņejo
4 parts hot Mexican chocolate
(4 cups milk, 1 tablet Mexican chocolate)
Add one cinnamon stick.

Serve in a hot coffee mug.
Top with whipped cream.

LYCHEE RASPBERRY


1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Silver
3/4 part lychee liqueur
or 2 oz. lychee juice
4 fresh raspberries (muddled)
3/4 part fresh lemon
3/4 part simple syrup

Shake and serve in a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with fresh raspberries.

1/2 cup whole coffee beans
1 vanilla bean

JALAPENO MARY


1 1/2 parts CORZOŽ Silver
4 parts tomato juice
2 slices jalapeno (muddled)
1 squeeze fresh lime juice
1/2 part steak sauce
1/4 part Worcestershire sauce
Pinch salt and black pepper

Serve over ice.
Garnish with olives and a cucumber stick.

1 part CORZOŽ Reposado
1 part crčme de cassis
2 fresh sage leaves (muddled)
3/4 part fresh lemon juice
1/2 part simple syrup
Splash Prosecco/champagne

Serve in a champagne glass.

1 cinnamon stick
1 small piece raw sugar

Add ingredients in glass container
Rest for 24 hours.

Pineapple Apricot Mint


1 750 ml bottle CORZOŽ Silver
10 dried apricots
2 sprigs fresh mint
1/2 ripe fresh pineapple, sliced

Add ingredients in glass container.
