Magazine, by Foley Publishing Corp. will send the winner(s) an e-mail
notifying them that they have won in the monthly drawing. The subscriber
must respond with their correct mailing address and the appropriate information
in order to ship their prize. All subscribers are given ample time to
respond from the first email notification. No response by return email
without a verification of the winner's address will be considered a forfeiture.
Entry limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older as of the first of the month on
the mailing list entry form in the year 2000. Employees of Bartender Magazine and their advertising agencies are not eligible.
Winner(s) will be notified by mail within the quarterly period of the contest deadline.
Sponsor not responsible for late, lost or misdirected
mail. Sponsor and Webmaster are not responsible for any misprints
in text on the web page. All decisions of the judges are final.
Prizes will be awarded by Bartender Magazine as stated on the contest.
Taxes, if any, on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners.
Acceptance of prizes constitutes consent to use winner's names and likeness,
and the winning entries for editorial advertising and publicity purposes. All
entries become the property of sponsor and will not be acknowledged or
returned. Prize not transferable; no substitutions for prize except
by sponsor in case of unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or
greater value will be substituted.
