Favorite Summer Cocktails:
South Wind

3/10 Dry Gin
3/10 Peach Schnapps
3/10 Orange Juice
1/10 Cream

Shake with ice and serve.
Garnish with orange slice and cherry.

Sun Stroked

1-1/4 oz. Absolut Vodka
dash Hiram Walker
        Grapefruit Juice
dash Triple Sec

Serve in a rocks glass over ice.  Add dash of Triple Sec last.

Summer Martini
(The Summertime Martini is another version - read "The Ultimate Martini Book" for more recipes)

1-1/2 oz. Sambuca
1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao
1/2 oz. Cream

Shake with ice.  Serve up.

Sex on the Beach
(#1 of many versions - read "X-Rated Drinks" book)

3/4 oz. Absolut Vodka
3/4 oz. Midori
3/4 oz. Chambord
2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Serve chilled on the beach, by the pool, or anywhere!
