Special Holiday Cocktails:
Celebrate with your specially selected Wines certified Kosher for Passover with:

Kosher Spritzer

3 oz. Kosher Wine
Kosher Club Soda, or Any Unflavored Seltzer.

Pour wine in a glass and fill with soda.

 Jelly Bean #1

1 part Hiram Walker Blackberry Brandy
1 part Sambuca Romano

1 part Brandy

Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass.

Jelly Bean #2

1 part Anisette
1 part Blackberry-Flavored Brandy

Combine in a rocks glass over ice.  
(You can also strain this one into a shot glass.)

NOTE: There are many more variations of the Jelly Bean Cocktail!

Peach Bunny

3/4 oz. DeKuyper Peachtree Schnapps
3/4 oz. White Creme de Cacao
3/4 oz. Light Cream

Shake with ice and strain into cordial glass.

Chocolate Martini

1-1/2 oz. Absolut Vodka
1/2 oz. White Creme de Cacao

Pour Vodka and Creme de Cacao over ice.  
Shake or stir well.  Strain and serve in a chocolate rimmed cocktail glass straight up or over ice.
Garnish with an Orange Peel.

White Chocolate Martini

1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Mozart White Chocolate Liqueur

Stir gently with ice and strain 
into a chocolate-rimmed cocktail glass.
Lemon Twist Garnish.
(Invented at the Continental Cafe in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania)
