SHIPPING and DELIVERY:
1. Payment Processing:
Please note that all online orders are processed once a week. Example:
If you place an order on a Tuesday it may not be processed until the
following Monday, etc.
-- Credit Cards and Money-Orders are shipped within 48
hours after your payment is validated.
-- Checks will be held until cleared at "our bank" (your bank will show the debit earlier),
which is approximately 10 business days after our deposit, then
processed and shipped accordingly. This should help explain why
personal checks take additional time before your order is processed.
2. Shipping:
-- We ship the best possible way with U.S.P.S.
-- Most items are shipped Priority Mail (approx. 2-3 days).
-- Books may be shipped Ground/Parcel Post, or Media Mail/Book Rate (approx.
7+days depending upon your area), due to the weight of the item and to
save on your actual shipping cost. 3.
Delivery:
-- Priority Mail is approx. 2-3 days delivery time after
processing and shipping.
-- Media Mail/Book Rate is approx. 7-10 days delivery time after
processing and shipping.
-- Subscriptions will be added and mailed as normally scheduled: BARTENDER Magazine is published
4 times per year with the Spring, Summer, Fall, and Calendar issues. We update the web site with the new magazine cover when the issues are scheduled to
begin shipment. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of trial issues.
